threes!

We all know that flappy birds was the most addicting and annoying game we have ever played. Thankfully, the bird is dead now and we can move on. "threes!" is a great math-matching-puzzle game that challenges people to get the most score possible without getting out of moves. Basically, what you have to do is combine '1' and '2' to make a '3' and then combine two 3's together to form a '6' and then combine two 6's together to form a '12' and so on. The tricky part is that the space is limited and if you want to make the most combinations you have to keep on playing and prevent yourself getting stuck and run out of moves.

Download it for from the Google Play Store, it will cost you $1.99. (Please guys support these people).

CamScanner - My Favorite App (2)

CamScanner -Phone PDF Creator
CamScanner is basically a portable, pocket scanner. It uses your Android Phone's Camera to take the picture of your document or photo and enhance, and crop the image to give it the same look as a scanned page. You can convert your scanned documents into a PDF file for free, too. Another cool feature added to CamScanner is OCR, it basically scans the Scanned document to find text, and then convert it to a text file so you can edit the text. Isn't it cool. Even though I have a Scanner in my home, but 90% of the time I use this app to scan stuff and send it to friends, becasue it is just easily to take out, my ppone and snap and picture through CamScanner, it will then enhance it and you're done.  This really depends on the Camera. If your Android phone has a good camera, you'll produce awesome, readable scanned documents. I recommend using this app on a phone that has at least a 5 MP Camera, in order to have good scanned stuff. I use this app on my Nexus 4 (which has an 8 MP Camera) and it just works flawless.

Step by Step guide on how to use Cam Scanner (with images):

1) Open CamScanner.

2) You'll see this Screen, with will show your scanned documents. You can press the Camera button to Scan New Documents.

3) Resize and Crop the Taken picture, and Press the tick mark on the bottom right corner to advance.

4) Now, you image will be Enhanced to look like an original scanned document. You can Now add another Page if you want.

5) Follow the same steps to scan the second page, and when your done you will see the following screen, with your 2 scanned pages and you can now click on the PDF button to make a free PDF file of your scanned pages.

--Below you can View a sample of this scanned document (pdf file) that was made through this App, using a Nexus 4 (8 MP camera)--

* Therefore, go ahead and download this free app from the Google Play Store. CLICK HERE to download it.

HTC One V.S Samsung Galaxy S4 - Part 1: Built Quality

HTC One V.S Samsung Galaxy S4 - Part 1

In a world with 1080p smartphones now becoming more and more popular (with the Droid DNA, Oppo Find 5, ZTE Grand S, LG Optimus G Pro and many others), two have set themselves pretty clearly as the kings of the 1080p smartphones and they're pretty much guaranteed to be competing with each other, side by side in stores, nationwide, and around other countries. And, these two flagships are the HTC One and Samsung galaxy S4. So, with further do, lets get started by comparing them and seeing which one ends up being the better choice for you.

Built Quality:
The HTC One is arguably the best smartphone ever made, in terms of the built quality (if you have seen it in person you would probably agree with me). And, it's built so well that it brings into question the built quality of other smartphones like the Samsung Galaxy S4, which is all plastic. Because, at this point, the biggest difference between these two phones is the material and the construction that put them together. And, that's the funny thing because the first impression that people get of this is just holding in the hands. So, if I give these to a person, he would probably, immediately give you the answer about which one they think they would rather buy. Thus, the impression you would get about the HTC One is how it feels (And, yes it feels GREAT). The other plus to the HTC One is that it is made of metal. I did a test, by bending both HTC One and S4, to see how the plastic and the metal reacts if I put pressure on it. The HTC One barely produced any creek-ling sound, but the S4 sounded like if it was about to crack, making some annoying and loud cracking sounds of the plastic. Well you would say who would bend his/her phone; this was just a test to show you the type of material used and the built quality of both phones. But, the Samsung has said that they have their own reasons for using plastic and they are perfectly valid reasons. And of course, there are PROs and CONs for using plastic and there are PROs and CONs of using metal.

-Pros of Metal/ Cons of Plastic:
  1) Build Quality
  2) Durability
  3) Feel

-Cons of Metal/ Pros of Plastic:
  1) Chipping
  2) Temperature
  3) Radiation (Wireless reception)

So, the PROs to a metal built phone are better Build Quality, Durability and Feel in the hands, as I said with HTC One, it's a phone that I just want to pick up and mess around with it, becasue it got the best feel in the hand than any other phone I've ever used. But, the CONs of Metal are, 1) Chipping, what I mean by that is that it tends to get chipped more easily, its not that it's easily broken like the Galaxy S4's plastic, but it's a lot easier to chip it if you drop it. And, 2) Temperature Sensitivity. Because, when the HTC One gets cold, it gets really cold and when it gets hot, it gets really hot, because metal is naturally more conductive than plastic. There is also another minor CON to metal, where there is not as great Radio Sensitivity/ Wireless Reception, so the wireless signals kind of have to have their own place to go through the bands of the phone. The Bluetooth, the Wi-Fi, and the 3G and 4G receptions might not be as good if the phone is all metal. But, luckily the HTC One have plastic sides around it that doesn't effect the radiation. On the other hand, if we look at the PROs and CONs of plastic, they are the exact opposite of Metal. It means that the CONs of plastic are poor built quality, less durability, and plasticky feel in the hands. And, the PROs are good radio strength, temperature sensitivity and less danger of chipping.

Overall, if I have to choose a winner for the built quality and the sort of structure and the way it feels, I think 9 out of 10 people would agree that the HTC One takes the lead. and, it's probably the best built phone (quality wise) out there in the market, today. If you hand both smartphones to someone on the street and say 'Which one do you think costs more?', then, they'll probably have a pretty quick answer for you.

---(Stay tuned for more Parts, which will include PERFORMANCE, LOOK, CAMERA, and DISPLAY  comparison between the HTC One and S4)---

Tasker tutorial 1

Do you know, you can control your smartphone with the help of Tasker (android app) and another CELL Phone (Not necessarily be a smartphone, it can be a cheap black and white cell phone; it will work until and unless it can send SMS)?
What we would do is make our Smartphone intelligent enough to follow our orders. If we Ask it (send sms to it) to turn on GPS, it would follow our order and turn on its GPS, even it is anywhere around the world, until and unless it can receive SMS). Let me give you an example, "When we would send our smartphone an SMS on its number, which says 'Turn gps on' it would immediately turn on its gps. But, first we need to configure it so it becomes genius enough to interpret our sent SMS and follow our direction. This way we could set it up to do almost anything we want like, turning on Wi-Fi, opening brower or a specific webpage, take a photo, record a video, send that picture or video to us (on a certain email or through MMS) - That would be cool right. Or make it shutdown, lock, or turn on the music player; there are endless possibilities. But, you have to configure each of it separately, for example we would first set it to take a picture when we send an SMS saying "take photo", and then we would configure it to email us the photo when we would send it an SMS saying "email photo". Isn't it cool..!!!
Therefore, I would soon show you how to set it up like this. And, after sometime you guys could come up with your on ideas, when you know how to use it. If you want me to set something for you, just comment below, and I would write the profile (setting) for you within 2 days...!!

You can also do really cool stuff with tasker plugins, we would talk about tasker plugins in future tutorials.

Thank You.

How to start Blogging and Earn money

Blogging can be a great way for good writers to earn some money online. If you are can write authentic and original content then you are more likely to end up being a successful blogger. But, many of us don't know where to start and how to start this great way of gaining fame and earning some bucks. Therefore, today I would discuss a few important tips (steps) with you guys that would help you to start a blog that would benefit both you (earn you fame and cash) and the visitors (great content). So Lets get started:

1) BUT, WHAT SHOULD MY BLOG BE ABOUT?
First of all, you have to decided what your blog or website would be about. This is a very important (major) step in order to get started with a successful blogging career. You should start a blog about something that would interest YOU. When you would write articles for your blog you would have almost unlimited material if you are writing about something that you would love to share with the world, and in which you are an expert. Trust me, I personally experience this case. I wrote a couple of blogs but the one which is successful now is this Nexus4Fun, because I regularly share stuff, write original articles and don't get bored. Two other blogs that I tried to publish was just a fail attempt. I wasn't able to writes articles because I don't know what to write about. Thus, it is very important that you blog about something that interests you, as people always like unique and distinctive content around the web; this way you would more likely to get good audience on your blog much faster.

2) KEEP IT UPDATED!
Secondly, the KEY TO SUCCESSFUL BLOGGING is KEEPING YOUR BLOG UPDATED. If you would not update your blog by writing articles you might lose a large amount of traffic from your blog. People who loved your site are always expecting new updates! And you don't have to disappoint them. One should make a habit of writing an article every 1 or 2 days. But, remember don't force your self to write a boring article; you have to share great  and unique articles with the people. Trust me, you could come up with unlimited articles and ideas on a topic that you are interested in. For Example, I love technology and you can called me a "Tech-Geek", I love playing with android, troubleshooting and customizing smartphones and PCs is what I love to do, therefore I come up with new ideas everyday sharing them with you guys in the form of articles. In short, the more the articles (original content), the more fast you would get traffic on your blog.

After you start your blog you have to work hard for a couple of months by writing great articles everyday, advertising your blog and articles on social sites like Facebook, Twitter or Google+. This is would gain your blog some attention and popularity. After you have enough content and good traffic you can start putting ads on your blog with Adsense. Basically, you need to sign up on Adsense with your google account; the Adsense team would then review your website and allow you to put ads. This way you can earn some cash too. Trust me, yeah just TRUST ME, you never know you can be the next Mark Zuckerberg.

"Super Video"- Tablet app review

Today, I would like to share an Android TABLET app with you guys. The name of the app is "Super Video, Floating and Popup". It is basically a unique video player, which plays videos in a pop up screen, as seen below:

Yes, you can resize the screen of the player, just by holding the corner and dragging it. You can also move the pop up screen anywhere just by holding it and moving it. This way it won't block your screen. With this awesome app you can do whatever you want in the background while watching a video at the same time. You can browse the web, send emails or do whatever you want while watching your favorite movie on your "ANDROID" tablet.

{This app shows the power of android and I bet there is no iOS app like this, because it doesn't have the capacity to do "Real Multi-tasking"......NO offense but this is the TRUTH}

The only  regret that I have is that you can only see those videos with this app, which are installed on your Tablet. I wish a future update would include a feature through with we could also watch YouTube videos on a pop-up screen. Wouldn't that be more cool?
